Kelsey Gallagher is a senior researcher at Project Ploughshares where he monitors Canadian arms exports. His work focuses on the arms trade, arms transfer control policy, and transparency in arms transfers. He manages the Canadian Military Industry Database (CMID), the most comprehensive database of Canadian arms exports available.
